I'm by no means saying that we're never getting a Gambit (we'll almost certainly get him eventually), I'm just saying he's not going to be headlining a wave anytime soon. Same with other characters. Unless they're Iron Man, Captain America, Spider-Man or Wolverine, or they're someone else who's a main character in a big movie, they're not going to be headlining a wave. They can be in one, but no way they're going to be headlining one.

I hear you, but X Force, Jubilee BAF wave, and Puck wave are some of the most popular waves to date, and there was no Spider-Man, Iron-Man or Cap in this wave. I see your point, but giving Hasbro a pass, not me. And, people, please stop saying this is a children's line...Most of the people who pick the selection of figures at SDCC are adults picking the next wave...Adults are the ones that have the money, and are usually collectors before their children, and are the ones who pass the hobby onto their children. But, to each is own, buddy...No harm, no foul, fellow Arker!
