In Silent Hill: Homecoming Pyramid Head returns bearing his movie design and is called the "bogeyman" by the children. In Homecoming's true bad ending (for the player being a total jerk) the main character is turned into a Pyramid Head where we see two other "bogeyman" monsters encase his head within two halves of the pyramid with both being filled with spikes on the inside, like an iron maiden exclusively for the head. However since the town of Silent Hill reacts and creates its monsters based on each character this doesn't mean that the Pyramid Head(s) from SH2 share that trait.

Tbh, I have always wanted to play those games, but I could only do it with a friend. Too scary!
