Yeah, it's all just too wacky for me.

There's just always a bunch of crazy storylines that get grazier as they are passed through the hands of different writers. Continuity is crazy. I mean, DC had to do Crisis on Infinite Earths and New 52 to reboot.

I just can't do it. Unless you've been there from the very beginning, it's hard to follow what the heck's happening with these characters and stories. At least that is my experience.

This is just my opinion, I don't mean to piss off/offend anyone. I just have always felt like an outsider with comics.

I generally can only enjoy one-off graphic novels like The Killing Joke or Hush because I don't have to know the history to get what's happening.
