I'll definitely agree with this. Hasbro's first Vader was so "meh" for many reasons such as the big obvious part where his helmet was puffy and his cape was stitched to his shoulders. Then you also had to find one with a decent dome since most of them got squeezed out of shape. I was content with having it until Hasbro inevitably released another better Vader but I didn't expect them to make a damn near perfect original appearance Darth Vader. I've only been blown away by a few of the 6" black series figures such as Boba Fett (Hasbro actually did great work capturing his worn look), Revan (while not outstanding on toy merits the fact this happened at all is pure joy for me), most of the OT troopers, and the new Vader but obviously it would be a good thing if Hasbro really impressed us more often.

I'm sort of ashamed to admit it but I still like leaving my first black series Vader out on display since he sports a different look but I have to keep him away from the new one or it highlights his inadequacies.
