Just to give you a background for coming up with this question, I am part of a research team on airport management and one of our projects is the factors that affect the choices that passengers make on choosing a last minute flight. Safety has been the number 2 consideration, next to airfare of course.

With that result, we want to know whether passengers view of safety includes tools for aviation safety management. Thanks in advance.
