Either Doctor Strange or GotG Vol. 2 were the first movie made under this new hierarchy.

Unfortunately, Jeph Loeb and the Marvel TV division still answer to Perlmutter, and that's been the main thing keeping the shows/Netflix series and movies from crossing over as much as fans would like them to.
