The Bucky Cap mold has been surprisingly resilient over the years, but I honestly cannot say the same of the other two, especially the Pizza Spidey mold, which many people started having issues with during the Sandman wave with Symbiotic Spidey. A number of people are already starting to report having issues with the "Park-Tech" Spidey already now that the MJ set is becoming more and more available, everything from loose hips (like mine) to the same shoulder issue that plagued the Symbi-Spidey. Progress has been even slower on the female molds, although honestly, I haven't had as many QC issues with my female figures outside of paint as I do my male figures.

The one non MCU figure out of the Mantis wave that incorporates a new body mold was Death's Head, and he was the one I had the least issues with in terms of miscast plastic and assembly, which didn't surprise me because of how new the Colossus body mold happens to be. The others that used older parts such as MJ, Pizza Spidey, and especially Ex Nihilo on the other hand, I ended up spending over an hour today shaving off extra bits of plastic, using hot water to free up or reshape joints, or had other issues right out of the box.

Of course, the Bucky Cap mold stayed was surprisingly issue free with Adam Warlock, so I have no explanation there other than that damn mold being resilient. Either that, or Hasbro has a factory of them still brand new in the box, ready to go when one wears out...lol.
I mean, they just introduced some of these molds, and they're not gonna suddenly start only using those molds. They definitely should eventually bring out molds to fill the space of Hyperion and Pizza Spidey, or at least make new molds of those bodies that fix some of the anatomical and quality issues with them (although Hasbro does seem to be starting to be more generous in terms of adding new molded parts to the Hyperion mold (Tombstone's unique upper torso, Odinson's similarly new upper torso, as well as unique left arm and thighs/boots) like they have been with the Bucky Cap body over the past year or two (baggier torso for Hulkbuster-wave Doctor Strange, unique armored arms and legs for Taskmaster, chainmail arms and legs for Hobgoblin, unique upper torso and winged arms for Darkhawk, baggy arms for Shatterstar, unique armored upper torso for Beetle)), but they gotta be gradual with phasing out some of the new molds. TBH, though, if they were gonna either make new molds for old bodies or just make completely new, slightly different/updated molds for the old bodies that fill the same niches, I'd prefer they, instead of replacing them oldest first, replace Pizza Spidey and Hyperion first, as those bodies definitely have more issues all around than Bucky Cap, as you've mentioned. I think the only issues I've ever had with the Bucky Cap body were bent limbs, and that was more due to how they were packaged than quality issues with the mold itself.
