Exactly. I took a decent swing with it to test out the plastic and it's got a good feel to it. I tried to pull at those seams, and it wasn't budging. Upon close inspection, yes the barbed wire doesn't look like actual barbed wire. But, if you're walking around a con, no one is going to really notice. The visible seams break the illusion more than the faux wire.
