I've always found that the Overland Park store is pretty good, I've gotten this 2 pack and the Transformers Velocitron pack from there among most exclusives.

The best store in the area is in Independence though, I know a lot of people who have had great luck there. It's just a bit too far south for me, so I never get down there, though.
