JB,from a personal perspective, I can understand your frustration and I really like K dubs post but this probably doesn't do much to resolve the 'debate' (for want of a better word). Yes, the MU line has gone downhill for a while now (increased prices and reduced articulation for starters) but I think it is a stretch to blame consumers - this is not a UK consumer problem as Guys across the Pond, Europe and elsewhere that I have dealt with and respect have been bemoaning the decline for years. Yes, I am very grateful for what we've received in the line, but when Hasbro cannot even do basic things right (anyone got a complete set of Hasbro FF or Jim Lee X-Men Teams for example? Thought not!!!!) then that lies at the door of Hasbro and those in charge of the 3.75" line.

To illustrate a point if I may, fans of MCU figures have, luckily and pleasantly surprisingly, seen the GOTG Vol 2, Dr Strange and Homecoming 2 packs being made available in one way or another this year and, with the exception of the Astral Strange and the omission of Yondu's arrow, these appear to have been well received. How do Hasbro follow that up? By releasing a TRU GOTG Box Set comprising, in the main, figures which have been released before (Rocket, Drax and Quill at least twice IIRC, although Quill does have a repainted Steve Rogers head)which failed to sell as single releases. So when these again fail to sell and quickly go to clearance in the US, is this the fault of Consumers? I know my view.

Only been a member here a couple of years so have no previous knowledge of cliques and nepotism and don't want to know TBH.
What I do know is that there are many people who grew up with 3.75" lines (Star Wars, GI Joe etc.) and have a genuine love and affinity for the scale.

Final personal thought - I was a member on Rebelscum for over 10 years and still retain a login but came here to get away from the petty sniping/back-biting and general spite that poisoned many of the Forums (Lord Marvel is a stand up guy but ask him about the grief he got for posting new figs and Customs no-one else had in the 3.75" Marvel Universe Thread). In short, appreciate what we have, support each other as a Community however we need to, and let's not descend into a morass of pettiness!
Just so i can clear this up once and for all,the consumer is well within their rights to choose not to purchase a product they deem sub par to a standard they are used to and i fully get behind K dubs on his views regarding how he spends his money.what im getting at is the distinction between communities in terms of fanbase, hasbro legends had its bad spell with shit articulation, price increase, bad distribution but because it had a good core base, people rarely got taken advantage of by scalpers and shills.when the line went on hiatus people got on hasbros case for the line to comeback, basically when hasbro fucked up,the legends community let them know about, and what i am saying is that the 3.75 community needs to do the same.and by the genuine collectors showing their love in these forums with collection shots, acba groups, friendly vibes and truly helping each other out, then perhaps this line will persevere.
