If that is indeed the statue, the statue would stand around 18 inches tall, meaning that the box doesn't scale up to it properly, and it's definitely not 6 inch Legends.

Or...dare I say it...these figures could be of a different scale altogether, like the animated GoTG and Spider-Man animated figures. If so...ewww....

Saw another comment that suggested using the peg hole for scale. The peg hooks for toys are a standard size regardless of the action figure scale or the store selling them. The Iron Man in that picture could put his head through the peg hole of that Marvel vs Capcom packaging.

For size comparison, Exhibit A (please excuse the poor paint on the one Iron Man):

The 6" figure couldn't put his head through that peg hole but the 3.75" figure could.
