It seems to be the same shade on mine so yeah, that might have just been a one off.

Yeah back in the '90s Peter Parker gained the powers of Captain Universe for a while. Don't remember exactly when or for how long but it was a brief thing. The only issue I still have is the "what if?" story where he keeps the power. The figure is actually a really great 3 in 1. It can be used with the masked head as the 616 Spider-Man with the Uniforce. It can be used with the bearded head as the What If version that also appeared in Spider-Verse. Then there is of course the generic head. That head actually looks very similar to the Gabriel Vargas version from Quill's special ops team that morphed into the Guardians. Unfortunately the uniform is totally wrong for that version.
