I was hoping Mafex would bring their A-game and these look top notch. It's nice that figuarts is getting in there too but the scale of their figures is just too small. I may cancel my SHF JL Batman pre-order now and just stick to their Star Wars and Marvel characters. For my DC movie-verse collection it's all gonna be Mezco and Mafex but Mafex looks like they're winning atm which is great news for my wallet. This Aquaman actually has me impressed whereas Mezco's looked too stiff and blocky.
Of course Mafex prototypes always look miles better than the finished products, especially the faces so I may have to be tactical here and not jump the gun too soon. For now, only time will tell.

Same here. I only stick to SHF for my marvel figures as well. Mafex does a way better job when it comes to the DC movie-verese. The only Marvel figure MAFEX might have spot on, will be their Homecoming Spiderman
