It's also set in the 1990s apparently, so the speculation is it will end with the Skrulls going into hiding setting up Secret War after Infinity War is done with.

GotG 2 had three MCU characters in each wave, plus a BAF. So far if the 6 figure number is accurate BP will be the only MCU figure in his (BP, Black Bolt, Namor, Silver Surfer, Klaw, Shuri). That's not a good look when it is the first Marvel film to have an exclusively black main cast, and Hasbro seem to lack faith figures of those characters would sell and instead stock it with 66% white guys from the comics with only tangential relationship to BP.
