I'm going to spell this out a little bit, because based on your syntax, I get the impression there's a language barrier at play...or an age difference...or possibly both considerations are a factor.

Your argument was based on the concept that the Marvel Legends line is NOT an 'MCU' line with the implication being that MCU figs are somehow lesser than, or separate from:

My point to you is that the Marvel publishing house is no longer just in the business of comic book production. It actually might be safer to consider them more of a movie studio, as you hinted at with your last bit of snark to LordBest:

The movies are now Marvel's main source of revenue and the fans that they cater to are casual, not hardcore. Like it or not, that's just the nature of business. Companies go where the money is; some people call this capitalism.

This suggests that, at the very least, you understand that 'brand awareness' for the casual fan comes from the films, not the comics. With that in mind, it makes sense that the MCU be just as prominently featured as comic canon figures. In fact, because the movies make BILLIONS and the comics come nowhere close to that amount, we hardcore fans that want the Marvel Legends line to be largely comic canon figures, are very lucky that it's a 65/35 split in our favor as far as what gets made. And all this is coming from someone who is all about comic canon figs...I don't like MCU figs, but I get it...it's the horse not the cart.

But again, we can't have a meaningful dialogue about this without coming to mutual agreements on facts and a shared opinion on how to engage in adult discourse.

EDIT...additionally, I see equal numbers of comic canon peg warmers as I do MCU figs.
