Funko has made a few, but they're honestly so-so sculpts, on the short side for the scale, and they have antiquated articulation. And it's not purposefully lacking, they haven't marketed the Suicide Squad and Batman '66 figures as ReAction.
Funko lines are a hard 3 3/4 inch figure on purpose, hence the 'retro' aspect. Hasbro and Mattel are deliberately pushing the scale. Reaction is a Super 7 trademark, initially released by Funko under license, which has since been pulled back to Super 7. Funko deliberately looks for defunct licenses that require no royalty payments to maximize profits. Can't fault them, just good business, and it gets us figures we want that Mattel and Hasbro won't do like Universal Monsters. As far as the DC license, maybe better to ask Super 7.
