My Ego's strap isn't glued on at all, I can take it off at will. His eye brows are also green at least on his alternate head.

I found the issue...

I got bored at work and got some hot water from the coffee pot and some ice cold water and pulled the boot off and found this..



After heating up both the leg and foot again I was able to get it back on properly. I'd post a fixed version but really, is there a need to show the figure the way it was supposed to be.

I'm glad that it was an easy fix. It even works like it should and so far, doesn't pop off when you spin the boot around.
