Yes, I guess that could be possible...but it would be complicated to find a head that would fit perfectly right there. I tried to change the head for an Isaac Clarke figure head (also by Threezero) and it didn't fit, but I guess some heads could fit there. The hole in the helmet has a diameter of 10.5 milimeters. So if you can find a head or a neck adaptater that has a hole with a diameter of that size, or slighlty bigger, it would fit. But you also have to keep in mind that the hole in the human head is very deep to make sure that the head does not look too high nor too low on the figure.
