[Fee316]

I know it's modern and from cartoon but it's oddest color and has digits 0,1 all over suit. He also has inscriptions in white on back and top of head and writing on neck just like pottery and porcelain mark. I can't make out what it says.Can anyone help me out? It says TM & DC COMICS (S3) China on back and a number 2 on inside of red cape.
