You can use MCU black widow Avengers hands for the grips, they look okay.
I think I might also be taking MJ's bag away from her, giving it a quick re-paint as long as it is not too big looking.

Nice scarf! I've also been tempted to find accessories for JJ. Got a camera that scales well with her from the TMNT movie figures, and I'm looking at buying one Neca's Preacher figures just for the whiskey bottle accessory...
