LEGO Minifigs: at least 116, and that's just those I can see

Bandai Star Wars Model Kit: 1
NECA: 5
Mattel Halo: 2
G.I. Joe: 4
Star Wars 3.75 inch: 26

So, not counting the LEGO or Mega Bloks/Construx, I have 193 figures. Pretty impressive considering I haven't had a real job lasting more than 2 months until now (and I didn't have many at all prior to this one).
