Ok so....those who want this figure (I'm sure most of you don't) have been waiting for NYCC to come so we can get this figure.

HOWEVER, After reading an article over at Marvelousnews, it seems as though the only way to get the figure is to sign up in person at NYCC.

Now this just seems like a stupid stupid move on Hasbro's part if this is true but what do you guys think? Read the article and if you can; console me so I don't have to scab it off ebay...
