IM: Iron Monger = dark mirror, but he was the first and it's Jeff Bridges so I forgive that
Hulk: Abomination = dark mirror
IM2: Whiplash and Justin Hammer = shared dark mirrors
Thor: Loki = different
CA: Red Skull = dark mirror, they make a point of it
Avengers: Loki+army = different
IM3: Killian = I'm not sure where I'd lump him besides boring
Thor 2: Malekith = different but again boring
CA TWS: Winter Soldier = dark mirror, and Alexander Pierce = dark mirror to Fury
GOTG: Ronan = different
AoU: Ultron = dark mirror to IM
Ant-Man: Yellowjacket = dark mirror
CA CW: Zemo = different but barely around
Dr Strange: Kaecilius = dark mirror, Dormammu isn't there enough for me to label him
GOTG2: Ego = different (until the end when Star-Lord shares his powers)
SM Homecoming: Vulture = different and Michael Keaton!
Of the 16 movies released so far 8 have definitely featured dark mirror antagonists. This isn't automatically a bad thing for any movie but it has become overall formulaic and tiring, additionally some of the villains that aren't dark mirrors are flat and/or underused.
