At least IM3 Stark made it Stateside and available via Amazon at retail. The IM2 Undercover Assault was more like a concept offering of Stark, Rhodes, and Romanova here.

Nope, Hulk and the Agents of SMASH got 2 seasons before the axe at the end of 2015. Ultimate Spidey recently got the axe last year replaced with the current new Spidey series (after Homecoming) and Avengers Assemble is on its 4th season with Secret Wars featuring a new roster with Black Panther as field commander.
