Clearly I said I couldn't back that up. However, who says you have to look at those guys as lower tiered soldiers? The dude with the helmet is an expert brawler. The dude with the scar on his face is a CQC trainer. The dude with the shaved head is Red Skull's personal RPG man.

Does it offend you if in my collection I do not look at those big dudes as lower tiered Hydra grunts?
