When you hold a figure, you kinda like to feel the price you paid for it. For example, back in 2015, when Bionicle came back, I could hold one of those figures and say, "Yeah, this feels like $20." if BAFs are exploitive then its only in the sense that its forcing casual collectors to purchase an entire wave that they really dont want just for that BAF,flip side being people can just play the waiting game and wait for reduction.as for quality,id say its improved,materials used to make the figures have changed over the years but it does not have a negative effect on the figure overall.and from what i can see the only thing missing on the latest ones are paint aps of the standard toybiz had.
