I’m a big fan of horror figures, and love the NECA range in general, but I can’t see myself getting a Chucky.

I liked the films well enough, and the figure itself looks great, but being from the UK and of a certain age, the Chucky films have very negative connections with a high profile child torture and murder case from the 90s (Jamie Bulger).

Obviously not a slight on the films or this figure, but as great as it is I’d struggle to disassociate it from that incident (particularly as the father of one of my friends was a barrister on the case).
