Saw a few loose shots of the Lizard wave figures, and I now have a super strong urge to customize the Jessica Drew head into a Gi Joe Baroness...really weird, I know...

Off-topic, but I wanted to let you know that the Marvel Unlimited app is a great way to get back into comics. Nice-sized library of Marvel comics old and new, and it's updated every week with more. I've got it, and I absolutely love it.

Definitely a tentacle. There's also another tentacle and a few spiders from what I've seen sculpted into the "mist" pieces that attach to his legs.
