SO last night the Shuri/Klaw was "available for pick up" at my store and I went ahead and ordered it through the TRU website. Never got an email. This was after closing so I figured I'd just call before heading down that way to get it today. It's not that far but far enough I'd prefer not to make the trip for no reason. Good thing I did call. They have a record of my order but don't have stock to fulfill it. The website has now been updated as well, it shows it has it in stock but when you try to order it, it says there is not enough inventory. Never again will I try this route. TRU needs to get their shit together if they're going to have exclusives. I don't blame the store level employees who are at the mercy of corporate decision, but I do blame the company as a whole for the joke that it is. No wonder they declared bankruptcy and are closing a good number of their stores.
