It is the same mold they have used for Wolverine in the MU line (X force Wolfie, Brown suit SW Wolfie, Xavier costume wolfie).

Recently in the Target Two packs, they released a Wolverine with this color scheme with the Black Hand ninja. I have the figure, he is very nice.

The only difference between the Target Two Pack Wolfie and this one, from what I can tell, is the Hasbro blue highlights that Hasbro put on the Wolfie two pack to make him look "classic". The one with sentinel doesnt have this woohoo!

That is not the MU mold. It is the XMO mold with the ball jointed legs and one piece claws. Although, the legs look like they could be new. I'm not sure, but the head is obviously a new mold.
