OMG it said 2008 on the legs???well gee whizz i guess thats the year it was MANUFACTURED id imagine late 2008 at that to coincide with the 2009 release of XMO wolverine movie.but just because you NEED to be right ill play along with your overactive imagination.but wait a minute i remember seeing xmo figs on shelves back in 2009 around the time xmo hit theaters i was working in a comic shop then and guess what we sold as well as comics???action figures.....and certainly DO NOT remember seeing xmo before MU.lmfao XD
