Its definitely swappwed with something. I may have been wrong about twhos hand it was but at first glance i looked like deathshead, though looking closer you are right its not so im at a loss to explain whos it is.

Replacing tape is easy to do. In my retail days i saw plenty of swapped stuff that looked legitimately sealed. Either way its just sad.
