It's easy to get hung up on exclusives. I would focus on the figures you like most.

I agree with BagJo. You can't go wrong with the Knights. They are excellent and great for army building.

Yes, the blasted lands Orcs are cool but so are the green Orcs.

I can't help but think one of the Elves will look great on a Pegasus Horse.

I also went in on the kickstarter for 3 horses.
