Personally, though, I'd much rather see a Vintage Hulk and Thor released over Scarlet Spider. Especially Hulk. Gimme that bright green and those purple pants, man!
If this info is true, this is a really awful follow up wave for the vintage line to be honest. While we could do with a classic style Hank Pym and Wasp, the others seem like a missed opportunity waiting to hang out with the vintage figures clogging up the aisles of my stores locally. Thanos wave Hawkeye was essentially classic Hawkeye to begin with (with a metal arm instead,) we already received a classic BP with the Walmart exclusive, a classic Vision with the Target 3 pack, and a Scarlet Spider that was nearly perfect (along with an upcoming Kaine Spider soon.) Not sure what they could do to attract more interest outside the fancy packaging cards.

The vintage line feels like it's just there to help people who missed out on things the first time, which is fine and dandy, but disappointing to collectors who have been doing this for a while. The only one I picked up from the first releases was 2 of the Vintage Widow, and it was mostly because it makes a great fodder piece and works perfect with the Riders Widow.

What's more, like BB said, none of this second rumored wave were even featured originally in the Toybiz line to begin with. I would have liked to have seen a classic Thor and purple pants Hulk, as well as an updated US Agent, classic Deathlok (with removable head plate showing off that brain of his,) and an armored Daredevil. I would have went crazy for that wave and would throw my wallet at the cashier with them in hand.

On a side note, but continuing the Toybiz classic theme, I would LOVE a wave of Spider-Man Legends based entirely on the Fox TV show and their designs, using those color pallets.

-Spidey (gotta have him)
-Venom (with that weird red and blue tone they painted him in, along with those silly eyes)
-Blade (with that spiked jacket and oh so sweet flat top)
-Doc Ock (with that yellow shoulder pad armor)
-Smyth (with hover chair!)
-Civillian Peter Parker (give him a camera and a new clip on piece that simulates his spider sense!)
-Vulture (that headgear!)
-Hydro Man/Scorpion (both covers two needs, since what you got in the cartoon is more or less what you get in the books.)

Give it the retro packaging and make the BAF for this that crazy looking Xenomorph inspired Spider-Slayer and I would be oh so happy.
