Personally, I think a July arrival for the States is possible since a few people in Canada have managed to get the entire wave already. And it's the next wave after the Cull Obsidian wave which has already started showing up.

I recall hearing the new X wave was already arriving in California in some places...

All i know is i guess i'll grab the entire X wave. I'm sure it's going to be difficult to grab.
