I think all the Jokers they produce look great and each have there own unique take on him. The first head sculpt is sick. The other looks vanilla and boring.

My take on what they could improve:
This guy needs more accessories. Maybe the flower petal prank on his jacket, some stictching effect on his clothes to give the appearance he doesn't care for ironed clean looks.
A different gun for once... Maybe a Thompson. They keep giving us the same type of gun with every character and that is getting old and lazy on their part. How about a switch out boot with the knife inside. For an addition with the teddy bear bomb they should have included a cake for batman with tnt inside, reminiscent of what sideshow recently did with theirs.
Since it is punk joker, where are the chains? And matching red/black pinstripe coat.
