Alot look exactly like the promo photos when released even better when the figures are showing at Toyfair or even San Diego comic Con and New York comic Con gives you a better idea how the final product will be. Also too sometimes they add extra stuff before being finalized for pre-order since their catalog they gave at Toyfair didn't show the alternative head also weird thing too it showed fully the Uzi even seeing Toyfair images online you see the Uzi is purple color with green "Hahahaha" lettering on it so that's strange they censored it out in the pre-order image. Last it all depends since most PX drop a hint following the same time as the regular release by a weeks but some figures don't get a PX Exclusive this figure I can see them doing that since the whole Mezco exclusive deluxe joker so they might do a PX Exclusive verison for this one
