I used to love Kamen Rider(and still do to an extent) but got a bit burnt out because the riders were always dudes, then I realised there's plenty other Tokusatsu out there.

Particularly I want one where there are figures in this scale fairly regularly available. Not fussed if they're japanese or western as long as they're decent quality - the rangers figures from a few years back were mostly good quality.

Other Toku suggestions also welcome. (They really need to make a Cutie Honey the Live one).
Sentai figures in this scale are something of a rarity.

If we're talking just toys, then Lupinranger VS. Patranger (the current season) is the best bet at the moment with the YU-DO line (YU-DO is a spin off of the very successful SO-DO Kamen Rider line). It's current, has all rangers (including the women), and even the enemy grunt is coming. It's also available at the moment for reasonable prices. Bonus, the show is good to.

There's also a YU-DO Kyuranger from last year, but they only made 3 figures, 2 are the same character and all 3 are red rangers. This from from a team of 12. They completely missed the point of having so many rangers, just like the show (It focuses heavily on the Red Rangers).

There's a couple of figures from Kyoryuger (AKA Dino Charge in PR) in a line called Brave Action. These were made in the same style as Kamen Riders OOO, Fourze, and Wizard candy toy action figures. They only made Red, Gold, and the bike. Nothing else. I wouldn't call these that easy to come by either.

There's also the Bandai America Power Rangers lines from 2010-2013 that covers MMPR/Zyuranger, Samurai/Shinkenger, and Megaforce/Goseiger. It sounds like you might know these already. They're okay for PR toys. Honestly, I hope the next PR line (under Hasbro) has a good 4" line but I won't hold my breath.

The only other Sentai action figures with complete teams I can think of are in different scales. Either 5" bike riders, 5" He-Man-ish Power Rangers toys, or 5.5"-6" PR toys.

I think Gorenger (the first Sentai) has a 5POA line from the 90's that in the style of the Kenner Star Wars figures of the time (Kamen Rider had one to with a bunch of 70's monsters).

If you mean shows...from these, I'd recommend Lupin VS. Patranger, Zyuranger (MMPR), or Shinkenger (Samurai). Even if the others had the full teams, I'd still go with one over those. I also recommend Gokaiger as it's a great showcase of all the Sentai teams from the first 35 seasons and unlike Kamen Rider Decade they got actors back from every series and really made a show of it.

Also, if legally available for free is something to interests you, Shout Factory TV currently has 6 of the 90's series streaming for free with English subtitles (They also make DVD sets for pretty good prices).

PS For anyone interested, here's the full line up for YU-DO LuPat wave 2 (below the Minipla stuff).
