Which is why I said the exclusive should be something, for example, like Prince Adam here. It's a reference to an old internet meme, something fun and non-essential. Doing something like Hasbro pulled with their exclusives and making the last Prime Masters only available as part of an exclusive is a dick move, stuff like that should be made available to everyone. Whereas something like the sets they've done for Magic are perfectly reasonable, they're simply reprints of already available cards, done in a unique foiling and/or art style to make them special.

Edit: And as someone that spent years working retail and currently works in the casino gaming industry, "the customer is always right" is a load of crap that only entitled customers actually spew.
