I'd be down for a new First Avenger Cap, assuming Hasbro would either retool the original to fix the problems or make a new figure.

Hasbro lists 62 major brands on their website. Why would they put in time, money, and effort to make a website that caters only to 3 sublines that fall under 3 of their major brands? Say what you will about Nerf, but it's been around a lot longer than any Marvel toy line from any company. And if a brand has the ability be around for 50 years, then it's at the very least a reliable seller. Why wouldn't Hasbro want a reliable seller on their website? Also, everyone likes to save money.
