You mentioned Mystique, and my heart suddenly dropped, as it would totally be possible to squeeze another Rogue into that Captain Marvel wave as well, hopefully in her late 80's green and black "Outback" wear...

My Cap and Crossbones two pack arrived today courtesy of Hasbro Toy Shop. Here's some shots and thoughts...

Cap: I'm saddened to say that while I hoped that this figure would be an all new, more accurate sculpt (like the Infinity War figure) it literally is the same exact figure we got with the Abomination wave, with some changes in color and those comically undersized hands.

The figure itself boosts a slightly duller color palette than the Civil War Cap however, and for the most part, is painted well. However like that previous Cap, there is still QC issues with the paint, where there are lines that could be cleaner or colors that could be better painted in (such as the whites.) The shield is an all new sculpt, with the segmented star, and is painted with a very shiny metallic paint. Almost too shiny for my tastes. Mine also had a chip in the paint on the shield right out of the package, so I immediately swapped it for the shield that came with the Civil War cap, which had a duller finish.

My Cap also had an issue with the helmeted head. The helmet itself is a two piece sculpt (think of the helmet as a hairpiece) and as you can see, mine was not glued down far enough. It really bothered me, and with the higher price we are paying for these "10th anniversary" figures, I expect better. It bothered me so much, I had to peel the helmet off, shave down the head underneath a bit, and re-glue it back into place so that it would sit properly on the head.

Lemme get this out there though, despite this being a re-issued Cap, this right here is the whole reason I dropped money on it in the first place...

The "Steve Rogers: Agent of Shield" look has been my favorite MCU look for Cap since I first laid eyes on it, and the new heads work almost PERFECTLY for it with no modding required. The helmeted head is a very close match to the blue of that costume, and the unmasked head...it speaks for itself. It sits a little low on the neck peg, which effects the articulation a little bit, but to finally get the look that I've wanted for this figure since it was originally released, it's a demon I'm willing to live with.

It doesn't fit on all of the previous Cap figures though...but if you were willing to mod them, here's how they were to look.

That said...if I can get my hands on another unmasked head sculpt, I'm modding the hell out of my classic MCU Cap...
