I also don't see the point of the unmasked T'Challa, given that we have an unmasked head with the previous release. But I'm guessing Panther is the most in demand figure from the last wave, and they want to make sure every kid can get a Panther figure, so we get two in this wave. Wonder if he'll come with the masked head?

That's a good point. He was definitely the hardest to track down for me and this does look like a slightly different deco. I'd have to put them side by side to be sure. I remember when the movie came out and merchandise was scarce, the local news looked up and down toy aisles everywhere to find a black man to say, "Finally I can buy my son a superhero that looks like him" (nevermind Steel, John Stewart, War Machine, Falcon, etc).

That's why they heavily push the Maskless BP toy.
