[En Sabah Nerd]

Thanks to Gamestop and their 25% off sale on figures I grabbed myself a Doc Ock and Claptrap today.
Thoughts on Claptrap are good but not great. He's got about as much articulation as I'd expect from a box with arms on a wheel. He has some nice features though like his eye is on a ball joint so he can look around in any given direction. The paint apps are what really shine to me on this figure especially given that this is McFarlane toys who tend to have some heavy paint consistency issues. Claptrap's great though, very clean lettering and sharp apps all around. Accessories are a mixed bag in my opinion because of choices made in what was included. Both his sheriff and wizard hat are well made and plug on to him easily (though I dislike that therefor his head always has those pegs sticking out), and then his revolver and two wands are all very sturdy and solidly done pieces but I just really don't care for any of the wizard stuff. I think just more guns would have been better, hell get rid of the wizard hat and wands and replace them with some of the different legendary guns so this could've been Claptrap and an accessory pack rolled into one package more deserving of the "deluxe" title. My last note is that with how his support rod plugs into him when I have him "standing straight" his wheel doesn't quite touch the base, it's not a problem for stability it's just something I observed. On the other hand with its articulation the support rod allows for ridiculous action poses not really seen in the game.
