I’m probably wrong, but I think part of the issue with the court case is the division of rights for Jason, the film title, and the visuals. The game references everything, so would cover both claims.

Hopefully NECA only need permission from the side that have the rights for Voorhees, though they may have to omit the Friday the 13th title.

Anyway, this figure and the Part 5 figure both look great. Didn’t think I’d be interested in a sack-head Jason, but they’ve made this really well.
