Also, using different paper stock and better printer settings will get rid of that green hue and faded aspect. A laser jet printer might help too. Inkjet tends to do that to a lot of stuff. Higher grade paper will infinitely improve it too instead of standard sheets.

The original image has writing in the middle. I copy/pasted stars from around it to cover it up.
