Edit: Btw, you can't call them b/c they have too many calls to take calls at the moment according to their phone message. You also cannot email them as their contact form errors out when you try to use it.

My situation exactly. And then I was getting a couple of different error pages. Called my bank and supposedly I placed 3 orders instead of one. Stuff is still in my cart (even if it's "sold out"), no order in order history, no confirmation e-mail. But I usually have problems getting e-mails and/or the order history being accurate.
