I asked the exact same thing a few posts up. Others are having this issue too, nobody knows (on here) if that's a bad thing or just par for the course. I know I'll raise hell with their CS department if they messed it up. I've already paid them, so they should dang well know that the money is for something. (I used to assist CS in another very large company with stuff just like what we're talking about, so I'm not just talking out of my butt).
