Still, there's been a LOT of X-men toys released over the years, and I'm a bit hesitant to just grab the first one I see. I don't know how many toys of this design exist (this is only my THIRD Legends toy!), so I'm kind of hoping others may have more knowledge of the options out there, and opinions about the posability, sculpt, and paintwork. Anyone care to name their favorites? Is this new one my best choice, or should I look into an older release, or maybe a version from another line? Hoping the better informed out here could shed a little light on this one before I drop $20 on the first shiny thing that catches my eye! ^_^

Honestly, the new current Marvel Legends is among the best. And it’s the one out there on the shelves right now at the $20 price point. Strike while the iron is hot my friend. There may be a better fig out there somewhere. ( though I can’t think of one. Not a lot of comic look punk storms.) But there isn’t a better value point on what you are looking for.
