Again I have the screen shot of my order confirmation number page and my PayPal notice. But my account has no order and I received no email from hasbro. The items are still in my cart and can not be bought.

So I have had Hasbro Customer Service (If you can call it that) looking into this exact issue for me. I got an email late today saying that they have taken care of cancelling the order on their end as it was a mistake and that no order was ever placed despite getting an order number, confirmation page, and a Paypal charge. They tried to say that if an item I was ordering went out of stock, that is what happens in their system. Except everything I ordered was in stock a good 15-20 minutes after I placed my order.

I have replied my dissatisfaction with their "resolution" of the problem. Again, their way of resolving the problem is scrubbing any evidence of a glitch from their system and telling me, the customer, that I'm shit out of luck that their system is glitchy. That is NOT how you treat a customer, especially one shelling out extra money for overpriced convention exclusives.

All in all I can say I f***ing hate HasbroToyShop and Hasbro as a company. They f*ck up every single year. How can they not, being as big of a company as they are, hire people that actually can make a store work? Isn't it time to throw in the towel and just let someone like Amazon or BBTS handle their exclusives?
