The speculation is (and again, only speculation) from a recent Twitter post that Tom Holland recently wrote, talking about doing his own stunt work and how he was eager to face off against "new" villains. The video that was posted on the tweet showed him on a bridge being washed away by a giant wall of water, which is causing speculation that since he is teasing a new villain that we have never seen before, it may actually in fact be Hydro-man. All purely speculation again of course, however Holland has never been good at keeping a secret.
